DELIA K. SWAN, ESQ., University of Southern California 1990, JD: The SLS Team is led by its founder, Delia K. Swan. Delia earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA, and she graduated from USC Law School. During law school, Delia externed for The Honorable Arthur L. Alarcon at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She practiced transactional law for six years in Los Angeles prior to starting SLS. SLS emerged in November 1997, and within three years was named by The Los Angeles Daily Journal as one of California's top ten recruiting firms for the placement of both partners and associates. After 15 years, Delia still has a passion and love for her work.

HARVEY L. GOULD, ESQ., Northwestern School of Law 1969, JD: Harvey received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. He was a law clerk to a Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court for two years, and began his private practice in the Bay area as a trial lawyer and a business attorney. He's tried over 100 cases to verdict and has mediated and arbitrated hundreds more, both as an advocate and as a trained mediator and arbitrator. For SLS, besides associates, he works on lateral partner moves because he understands the issues from the inside out, having been a senior partner, serving on his firm's executive committee, and as the Chair of its litigation department.

MATTHEW POND, ESQ., Australian National University 1997, LLB: Matthew graduated in 1997 from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws. As a recruitment consultant in Sydney, Australia, Matthew placed Australian and New Zealand lawyers in UK and Middle Eastern roles. Prior to working in the recruitment field Matthew was a corporate lawyer with Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison in New York. Matthew has a Master's degree from the Australian Film TV and Radio School and has made award-winning documentaries. In his spare time he enjoys hiking in the desert mountains, spin classes and yoga.

TONI LEWIS, ESQ., Loyola Law School 1982, JD: Toni received her undergraduate degree in Interpersonal Communications from UCLA, and her J.D. from Loyola Law School.  Prior to joining the Swan Legal Search team, she practiced primarily business litigation.  She also taught at a private school in the Los Angeles area.  In her spare time, Toni enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as traveling, reading, hiking, and hanging out with her extended family and friends. 

TENI ZADORIAN, ESQ., UC Hastings College of the Law 2009, JD: Teni received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Communications in 2006 from UC Berkeley with high honors, and earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law.  During law school, Teni externed for The Honorable Kevin C. Brazile at the Los Angeles Superior Court.  She worked for a litigation firm in both its San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.  Prior to joining SLS, Teni worked in the financial and tax industries.  She has also worked for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as a constituent liaison.  She enjoys traveling, cooking, taking dance classes and event-planning for her family and friends.

PATRICIA T. McNAMARA, ESQ., Georgetown University Law Center 1990, JD: Patty received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986 and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.  Patty previously served as Vice-President and counsel to the CIGNA Companies and was an attorney with Anderson, Kill, Olick & Oshinsky as well as Charlston, Revich & Williams.  She specialized in large, multi-track environmental coverage cases.  A mother of three young children, Patty spends a lot of time watching soccer, baseball, football, gymnastics and dance recitals, and enjoys tennis and reading a great book at the beach.

PRIYA AGGARWAL, ESQ., Seattle University School of Law 2011, JD: Priya received her undergraduate degree in Criminology, Law & Society in 2007 from UC Irvine and earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.  During law school, Priya externed for The Honorable Carlos R. Moreno at the California Supreme Court.  She also interned for the Attorney General of Washington in the Criminal Justice Division.  Upon graduation, she specialized in corporate and real estate law in Southern California.   During her free time, Priya enjoys learning new vegetarian recipes, teaching Bollywood dance, and taking turbo kickboxing classes at the gym.
