Background

Carla is a former attorney who joined Swan Legal Search in 2016. She is dedicated to the success of each of her candidates. She listens, counsels, and is an advocate throughout the entire recruitment process. Carla partners with her candidates to define and highlight their unique strengths and experiences.

Carla started her legal recruiting career at Swan Legal Search, returning to the legal industry after a period of recruiting for technology companies. Prior to joining Swan Legal Search, Carla practiced law in London, beginning her legal career with Norton Rose Fulbright and then later as Legal Counsel with a UK listed company, ICAP plc. Her legal experiences spanned a range of areas including corporate, intellectual property, finance, technology, litigation, dispute resolution, and media law.

Outside of the office, you can find Carla working on her culinary skills or enjoying the beach life as she continues to explore and enjoy living in Los Angeles.
